Suzanne L. Dwyer, President

Suzanne has over 25 years of experience structuring mezzanine capital investments and senior bank loans for middle market companies. She has arranged numerous financings for leveraged buyouts and ESOP transactions in her career. Prior to joining MCRC in 2008, Suzanne was a Senior Vice President in the commercial lending group at Brown Brothers Harriman and a Vice President at State Street Bank, where she began her banking career. Suzanne serves on the Board of Economic Advisors for Associated Industries of Massachusetts. She previously served as Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of Ellis Memorial, a non-profit social service agency, and also served as a Director and Treasurer of the Boston Latin School Association. She is a graduate of the Boston Latin School; earned a B.A. in Management and Spanish from Bridgewater State University, and an MBA from Babson College.
