April 2024 – MCRC Announces a New Investment in Boston Fire Sprinkler Protection, Inc.

Boston Fire Sprinkler installs, retrofits, inspects and services fire sprinkler systems in large office, commercial, lab, residential and educational buildings in the Boston and Cambridge area. Originally founded 40 years ago, Boston Fire Sprinkler was recently acquired by two entrepreneurs to expand and grow the business.

MCRC provided debt and equity financing along-side the entrepreneurs and other equity investors to support the acquisition and provide capital for future growth.
