MCRC is pleased to announce a new mezzanine investment in Qualitas Dental Partners.
Qualitas Dental Partners is a Dental Services Partnership founded in 2022 and primarily owned by dentists. The Company enables partner dentists to devote more time and energy to providing the highest quality of care to their patients. The proceeds of MCRC’s mezzanine investment supported the initial combination of several dental practices.
